Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of clepit.com and Clepit Cloud at app.clepit.com. The @bomdisoft/clepit-core npm package is licensed separately under MIT.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each workspace has an owner; workspace owners are responsible for members they invite.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clepit Cloud to store or distribute content that is illegal, malicious, or violates others' rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent rate limits.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us a minimal license to store, back up, and display your content as required to run the service. We do not scan your content for advertising and do not use it to train models.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual plans carry a 14-day refund window from purchase
• Monthly plans are non-refundable
• We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your account email

Termination

You may cancel any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, you can export your content for 30 days; after that, we delete it permanently.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
